Livio is a powerhouse executive who began his career as a singer/songwriter signed to a major label deal. With his experience as an artist, the natural progression for Livio was climbing up the industry ranks as an executive who has amassed over 25 years of industry experience. Advancing from being a former recording artist, entertainment manager, artist development executive, and music publisher; Livio currently holds the position of Executive V.P. of Creative U.S.  He finds immense pleasure in discovering and fostering talented individuals such as singers, songwriters, music producers, actors, and other such entertainers.

Let's rewind back to 1990 when Mr. Harris was signed to Uptown Records as a member of an R&B group known as 4-Sure.  To refresh your memory, Uptown Records was created by industry heavyweight, Andre Harrell. This would be the same label that Diddy worked as an intern. Livio quickly began discovering and managing artists such as Adina Howard, whose most notable hit was, "Freak Like Me". Not only has Livio broken artists, he has also contributed heavily in assisting with placing many current music industry leaders into their executive roles. One of these executives being his friend Max Gousse, who has worked with ‘Team Beyonce', and is the former Sr. V.P. of Def Jam Records. Max is currently the CEO of his own company, 'Artistry Entertainment'.  For the last twenty years, Livio has worked with a number of music companies such as Elektra Records and Epic Records as an A&R Consultant, and still at Notting

 Hill Music Publishing for over 20 years, where 

he currently holds the Executive V.P. of U.S. position.

Livio has been credited for a significant amount of Notting Hill's U.S. catalogue, which includes; Will Smith, The PussyCat Dolls, Beyonce, Destiny's Child, Eminem, Outkast, Nelly, Michael Jackson, and DJ Khaled... just to name a few.For the last sixteen years, Livio has been focusing his energy on building and expanding his own talent management company, 'Who’s Harris Entertainment Management’. Having experience working in the music licensing and publishing industry, it's only natural that Livio has established his own publishing company, 'West of Sunset Music Publishing'.

Currently his roster of clients include Jonathan McDaniel (Actor, Artist, DJ), who is currently on the top rated VH1 TV show "Hit The Floor". McDaniel has also had roles on popular shows such as "Entourage", "That's So Raven", "In The Hive", and his latest release titled, "Call Me King". Livio has been managing Jonathan McDaniel for over 16 years, which is a rare occurrence within the entertainment business. Livio is also currently co-managing international entertainers, one of which is up and coming pop star, 'Viktorya', as well as hit making producers, 'Hitbangaz' and Sean2. Livio's latest Project is the legendary group, 'Ready Fr The World'.  He's managing, Melvin Riley, the lead singer of 'Ready For The World', as well as conducting the release of the group's latest single, "Tattoo".

In his latest efforts, Livio along with his long-time partner Sydney "Chyna" Malone are both responsible for booking newcomer rapper Bre-Z in here recurring role on the Fox Network’s hit show ‘Empire’, as female rapper known on the show as ‘Freda Barz’; in which she plays Chris Rock's character's daughter, who eventually signs with the shows main character Lucious Lyon, as the edgy battle rapper ‘Freda Barz’. Viewers are enthralled as they witness 'Freda Barz', being emotionally manipulated into entering a heated family battle over music domination in order to maintain their individual false sense of power!

Livio Harris has built an incredible resume, yet has remained behind the curtains pulling all of the strings.  He is personally responsible for catapulting
countless entertainer's careers, and forever changing their lives for the better.

He has left such an impeccable legacy upon artists and industry executives who he has placed in positions of power. Livio Harris is nowhere near done imprinting his legacy, as he will go down in the entertainment history books, as a Music Industry Veteran with an impeccable resume and a great man!
